1 Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Luckora, a free-to-play multiplayer Housie (Tambola) game.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Luckora ("Luckora", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by an independent developer. By downloading, accessing, or using the Luckora app (the "App") or any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2 Eligibility
Luckora is a game of entertainment that uses virtual points only and involves no real-money wagering or gambling. It is open to players generally. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful where you live.
3 Your account
- You can play as a guest (tied to your device) or sign in with Google or Apple to keep your account across devices.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information (such as a display nickname) and not to impersonate others or use offensive names.
- Each person should maintain a single account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
4 Virtual points
- You may receive points through a welcome bonus, gameplay, and optional rewarded ads.
- Points are used only within the App — for example, to enter games and to buy cosmetic items such as marker styles, emojis, and avatars.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use points inside the App. You do not own them, and they may be adjusted, expired, or reset where reasonably necessary (for example, to fix errors, prevent abuse, or manage the game's economy).
- Unused points have no cash value and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated.
5 Gameplay & fair play
Luckora runs on authoritative servers: ticket generation, number drawing, and claim verification are all decided by our servers. Their determination of game outcomes is final.
To keep games fair, you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs, manipulate points, or interfere with the normal operation of the game;
- tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the App's servers or other players' accounts without authorisation;
- collude with others to distort matches or leaderboards.
We use anti-cheat and validation measures and may void results, remove points, or take action on accounts that break these rules.
6 Ads & free access
Luckora is free to play and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX. Some ads are rewarded and may grant points. By using the App you agree to the display of ads. How ad partners handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7 Community conduct
Luckora includes social features such as communities, leaderboards, and in-game expressions (emojis). When using them, you agree to be respectful and to not post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We may moderate, remove content, or restrict features to keep the community safe.
8 Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, design, graphics, audio, and software, is owned by Luckora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted.
9 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or disable your account, or restrict access to the App, if you breach these Terms, cheat, abuse other players, or misuse the service, or where we must do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time, and you may delete your account from inside the App or by request — see Delete your account. On termination, your right to use the App and any remaining points ends.
10 Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or free of bugs, or that outcomes, matchmaking, or ads will meet your expectations.
11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luckora and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, points, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because Luckora points have no monetary value, no claim for the value of points will be entertained. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of Luckora after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App.
